Ignore this if you consider if it's not relevant, but perhaps I can provide you with some food for thought; Proximity to power stations - Why? Scrub the Carbon Dioxide, transport to your nearest sanitation facility, feed the algae with the reclaimed carbon dioxide and human waste, recycle the carbon dioxide scrubbing element, claim the carbon credits, process the algae for biodiesel and glycerine, sell the biomass as high-quality organic fertiliser. Where's the waste?
