Re: mCherry - it has been used in bacteria (in fact it was made entirely in E. coli), there just isn't a bacterial BioBrick for it yet. Ira says he can get us some to play around with so we can decide if it's worth designing as a new part. --Chris 15:32, 9 Jun 2005 (EDT)
