Reconstituting Oligos

• To make 100µM stock:
  1. Spin down in picofuge.
  2. Add 10 times in µl of ddH₂O the quantity of oligos in nmoles. {For example: If the tube contains 8.88 nmoles of oligos, add 88.8µl ddH₂O.}
  3. Pipet up & down, and vortex.
  4. Allow to sit for several minutes; spin down in picofuge.
  5. Store in -20°C freezer.

• To make 10µM working stock:
  1. Take one volume of 100µM stock and add 9 volumes ddH₂O. {For example: To make 100µl 10µM working stock, take 10µl 100µM stock and add 90µl ddH₂O.}
  2. Mix well.
  3. Store in -20°C freezer.
