PIPES Solution

{The following protocol makes 100mM PIPES (piperazine-N,N'-bis[2-ethanesulfonic acid]), which is 50x concentrated for making CaCl2 Solution.}

1. In 500ml glass bottle, mix (to make 200ml total):
   • 7.57g PIPES (Sigma)
   • 200ml ddH₂O
2. Cap and shake solution until well dissolved. Store at RT.
