  7. FACS usage

Week Ten

  • Image:BioWire Week10a.ppt Roughish draft. Some experimental pictures in, but lots not. Needs updates on building the circuits, photolithography, and lots of general tweaks. Actually, now it's what we actually presented, including on-the-fly changes. Use the file history if you want the old stuff for some reason.
  • Image:BioWire Week10a Photolithography.ppt 3 photolithography slides. Closing in on the end of the lithography stuff; mostly pictures of our time course. Ugly, B+W pictures, though.

Week Nine

Week Eight

  • Image:Biowire week8c.ppt One-point-one draft. Merged connie and my (KX)'s powerpoints, added some stuff for sender/receiver. Still needs more sender/receiver test content.
  • Image:Biowire week8b.ppt One-point-oh draft. Added information and images for receiver construct tests.
  • Image:Biowire week8a.ppt Zero-point-5-th draft. Same as before, but with photolithography filled in.
  • Image:Biowire week8.ppt Zero-th draft. Still basically the Week 7 ppt. A few expt pictures added.
