Goal: aTc --> YFP

1. Take tube out of shaker.

2. Back dilute to .01 on spectrophotometer.

3. Make 10 aliquots of .01 cells.

4. Add aTc from 200 ng/mL - 20 µg/mL. (100 ng, 200 ng, 400 ng, 800 ng, 1.6 µg, 3.2 µg, 6.4 µg, 12.8 µg, 20 µg, 40 µg)

5. Controls: Negative -- No aTc, cells without YFP with aTc added, Positive -- Yin's cells (which use GFP, but it's the best we can get)
