Aim

1. Repeat DNA gel purification (2.22.06).

2. Prepare MG1655 and EcNR1 cells.

Protocol

1. Repeat 1% agarose gel and DNA purfication using Qiagen from 2.22.06

2. MG1655/EcNR1 Cell Preparation 

  dilute both samples (1 microL of sample in 1000 microL of LB)
  streak onto 2 LB-min plates
  streak 1 strand onto LB/CAT plate as neg. control
  grow @ 30C overnight
